Results only basis

In this economic climate, budgets have to be watched. Clearly a service is
only worth paying for when there is a good result. For this reason, we do not
require up-front fees or staged payments. Our fee is only due for payment,
once a candidate is hired and has started working.

Each assignment is different, but in the majority of instances there are no
expenses incurred other than a candidate’s travel expenses. We believe that
the cost of undertaking an assignment is wholly our risk.

On those occasions, when it is not possible to meet candidates face to face in
London, we tend to interview by phone to keep costs to a minimum. Of
course, normal reference checks are always taken.

There are occasions when a client’s needs may change due to budget cuts
and a candidate is no longer required. If we have undertaken a great deal of
work in finding a suitable candidate, we may look to the client to make a small
contribution to cover this.

Fees are variable, but do not exceed 25% of the base salary plus any guaranteed bonus.
