CVs unless the candidate is genuinely interested and worthy of consideration.

supplying people who are looking for work, and not always suited to the job.

Besides the special skills needed for these roles, we consider cultural and

There are occasions when we see a candidate for a role who is better suited
to an alternative position within another group. In this case we act to market
this person to an agency or company where he or she brings something
different and financially beneficial to the group.
